Wrong size?

If you are unsure of the size you need you may exchange for free, though you will need to pay the shipping to get it to us.

Changed mind?

30 day return policy for UNWORN shoes in original condition for full refund or exchange minus shipping costs. 1st: Prior to returning your item, you must contact us for a return authorization.
2nd: Pack your return product in original box.
3rd: Send package with a tracking number and insurance.
4th: Upon receiving your return we will contact you to verify your refund or exchange.

Specifications:

Returns or exchanges received by TwinkleStepsDesign after the 30-day period or without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Twinkle Steps must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped to the customer, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Bear Feet will not accept any returns that show signs of being used, worn, or items that have been special ordered or customized. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to Twinkle Steps, however, the customer will be reimbursed for freight if the item was sent by mistake. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process for refund or exchange.
